I'm cleaning out my office as the afternoon comes to an end on the last day of my employment here. I would not want to forget anything...
So I met my new Lead Engineer this morning, started packing my desk & junk, met my manager, finished packing things, and I'm now waiting for a vehicle to drive my boxes to the new building.
Days like this are just odd - I'm in a weird limbo. I know where I have been, I know where I'm supposed to be going, but I don't know exactly what is happening NOW. I'm only vaguely aware of what my responsibilities will be, or who I'll be working with, but it does look like it will be interesting.
One fun thing about this is that I worked on the 777-300ER, the precursor to the 777-200LR, when I hired into Boeing.
